EPI services in Ontario are guided by 2011 provincial program standards. SISC is the oldest EPION work group, and was formed to support the adoption of the standards. The majority of SISC’s work focuses on improving and developing tools and processes to assess programs’ fidelity (adherence) to the standards, and using fidelity assessment findings to improve quality of service.
